With our Design-Build partnerships and 3-D modeling software, Roscoe Steel produces project drawings, complete with all engineering detailing, before erection begins. To cut delays and improve productivity throughout the process, we developed our Design-Build method, bringing together owners, architects, engineers, fabricators, erectors, and HVAC and plumbing personnel from the beginning of a project.

Roscoe Steel also uses state-of-the-art 3-D Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) software that allow designs to be completed, drawings approved, and fabrication and construction to begin weeks ahead of traditional schedules. Compared to typical construction calendars, Roscoe Steel's Design-Build method ensures your building or bridge opens weeks, even months, earlier than traditional construction schedules.
